The troubleshooting process typically begins with a phone call. Precision Electric will gather as much information as necessary about
the specific equipment problem. If necessary, a technician will be dispatched to diagnose, repair and perform a failure
analysis. Technicians are also specifically trained to make changes to your operation and make recommendations to
avoid future failures.
Precision Electric's vibration technicians are trained and certified at the "Vibration Institute" of Willowbrook, Illinois.
Each technician is equipped with the tools, training and experience to analyze your equipment, field balance or take whatever corrective
action necessary to keep your rotating equipment operating smoothly and trouble free.
A vital part of our service includes application assistance and recommendations. This part
of our commitment is in increasing the life cycle of all your equipment. Precision Electric will help you with all your
application requirements.
Precision Electric will, upon your request, remove your equipment from service, transport
it to our repair facility, install and test for proper operation. You will have confidence when we release
your equipment to production that it will perform as expected.
Precision Electric offers on-site alignment services on equipment of any type and size.
Our expert staff has accumulated many years of experience performing precision alignment of motors, gearboxes,
pumps, fans and shafts. Our specifications exceed manufacturer's recommendations.
Precision Electric performs dynamic balancing services both in the shop and on the field.
All rotating equipment received for repair takes a trip through the balancer. Regardless if the service is performed
in the shop or in the field; fans, blowers, rolls, grinders, mills and rotors are dynamically balanced to specifications
exceeding that of the OEMs specifications.
