Description

The i510 series frequency inverter by Lenze is designed to meet robust industrial demands. The frequency inverter features a sleek and slim design, allowing installation to be done in an efficient manner. Measuring only 60 mm x 130 mm, the i510 series mounts on various types of control cabinets. Applications within the range of 0.25 to 15 kW will find the i510 series a good fit. The frequency inverter is engineered with efficiency in mind, making energy-saving a notable feature. It is designed in accordance with the EN-50598, an industrial standard that relates to motor efficiency taking effect in 2020. Reliability is the hallmark for the i510 series. The frequency inverter is meant to perform with minimal downtime in harsh environments. It has been proven to operate efficiently in applications like pumps, fans, and conveyors, traction, winding, forming, tool, and hoist drives. While the i510 series of frequency inverters are basic and compact units, they are designed for scalability. Depending on the needs of the application, supporting modules can be added on to enhance the functionality of the frequency inverter. System installers can expect the i510 series to be a cost-saving solution. Installation is made easy by the simplistic design. The same user-friendly features also mean that subsequent service on the frequency inverter does not take too much time and effort. Configuring and commissioning the i510 series is also aided by choice of peripherals. Parameter set up can be done via a plug-in keypad or a smartphone-based app. Key features of the i510 series.

The i510 series is supported by a few diagnostic tools that make troubleshooting easier. The LED status gives you a brief idea of the issues, and technicians can access the history buffer with the keypad for further inspection. Alternatively, the EasyStarter PC tool or the smartphone app can be used for troubleshooting.

The i510 series actively monitor a series of parameters to ensure that the frequency inverter is operating in the optimal condition. When anomalies are detected, the frequency inverter logs and issue the corresponding alert.
